You'll get an email from us when you complete your checkout with your order number and details explaining what you've ordered, how much you've paid and where you've asked us to deliver the product(s) to. Keep this email handy in case you need to contact us about your order.
Free gifts or accessories ordered with a bike may not always be delivered at the same time as the bike but should be delivered within 10 working days.
Arranging the delivery of your Indoor Cycle You'll normally be contacted within 1 working day of your order to arrange the delivery of your indoor bike. You will receive an email and text message containing a link to our delivery company's website, where you will be able to choose your delivery date.
It is important that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery date.
You will be contacted the day before your delivery and informed of an approximate two hour delivery slot. If you cancel or change your delivery date once you have been provided with a time slot, then an administration fee of £35 will apply. For this reason we advise you to only book a delivery date where you are available to take delivery at any time from 7am to 6pm.
What to expect when we deliver your Indoor Cycle Our delivery team will deliver your indoor cycle in its box. If youve paid for assembly, then the bike will be delivered pre-assembled.
On delivery, you will be asked to sign a delivery note as evidence that goods have been received. We advise you to note any obvious damage to your delivery on this delivery note.
Please inform us immediately if goods do not arrive, if they are damaged in transit, or if products are faulty on arrival, so that we can correct the problem as soon as possible. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
After you've received your Indoor Cycle You'll need to ensure that you register your warranty. Most importantly, please remember that we're only a phone call or email away if you have any queries or concerns about your indoor cycle. No matter how small or trivial your concern may seem to be, we'll be happy to help because it's very important to us that you have a fantastic indoor cycle ownership experience.
